To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your oklj account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the oklj Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. oklj complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.
